I ordered these because I love the shoes and because I was quoted a date that I would receive the order which would be in time for my two-week planned trip. two days after the order was placed, I received shipping confirmation that would put the shoes at my doorstep two days AFTER I was to leave on my trip. I contacted customer service and explained my predicament. An incredibly helpful and pleasant rep (Nikki) bent over backwards to remedy the situation. She was able to perform magic with the shipping people and the shoes appeared on my doorstep the day before I left! I recommend COMFORT ONE SHOES 100%. They went the distance for their customer (me) and I am incredibly appreciative of this hands on customer service. THANK YOU!!!!
